Courtyard by Marriott Bentonville

Angie always provides white glove service during my trips to Bentonville. She knows her customers by name, is engaging, and takes great pride in her work. It is one of the reasons why I select this hotel.

Excellent staff. Great location not far from Walmart HQ. Next door to an upscale restaurant River Grille. Beds and pillows awful. Turn on the light in the bathroom and sounds like a helicopter landing. Will go elsewhere next time. Too bad.

Had a great stay at the Marriott in Bentonville. Excellent location and a wonderful overall experience. Check-in was smooth and easy even though I arrived a bit late. Then the restaurant whipped up a wonderful turkey, BLT with guacamole on some delicious bread, with a great side of fries. Room was excellent, very comfortable bed and sitting area, nice TV with streaming apps. Will definitely return!

Courtyard Bentonville is my go-to place to stay when I drive up from Little Rock to Bentonville to spend a day at Crystal Bridges — something I like to do several times a year. The hotel is conveniently located if Crystal Bridges is your destination, it's clean and well-maintained with good service. The rooms are well-appointed with pleasant, serviceable furniture and good beds. I give Courtyard Bentonville high marks for the high mattresses that make getting in and out of bed easier for those of us with a few years on us, and for the walk-in showers that contain no obstructions likely to cause a fall. My one wish-list item would be sheets and pillowcases of all cotton and not the cotton-synthetic mix the hotel now uses, but I may be dreaming in hoping for that possibility, especially at the fairly reasonable rates the hotel charges for a room.

The ladies at the front desk were very friendly. I asked them for food recommendations and even if they had any MTB trail suggestions. They were pleasant to talk with throughout my four-day stay. The hotel offers onsite breakfast for an additional cost, and they also serve dinner until 9 p.m., which came in handy after a long bike ride that day. Overall, great service and a welcoming atmosphere.

I must be at a different hotel than the folks leaving such bad reviews. We found it to be very comfortable and clean and the employees are helpful and nice. I will continue to stay here. Only wish they would note that they do not have a pool, but not a big deal with the Bentonville Community Center not far away.

After having a rough start to my Christmas evening at a different hotel, I had to find somewhere else to stay last minute. I found this hotel and instantly was happy I did. The front desk lady was a sweetheart and so kind, the hotel was so fresh and clean, smelled amazing too. I was so relieved to see the huge clean bed and finally get to rest. Thanks for the amazing stay!

We enjoyed our quick overnight stay. No bugs. Good service. They took their money when they were supposed to. I didn't love the pillows, but that is definitely subjective.
